What does Pact do with my drivers license information?
We don't like waiting very much, so we sped up the process with advanced optical camera imagery. We use your drivers license information to help save you time from form-filling and to help match you with the best policy possible.
How long does it take to sign up?
Forget 15 minutes— with Pact, the whole process shouldn't take more than a couple minutes.
Who is underwriting my policy?
Pact is partnered with State National Insurance Company, a top-rated insurance carrier, rated A for “Excellent” by A.M. Best, the leading rating agency for insurance companies’ financial strength and stability. A.M. Best has rated the financial integrity of over 16,000 insurance companies over the past century.
How do I cancel my existing insurance?
We'll give you a hand! After you've signed up, call us at (818) 722-8693, and we'll help you through the cancellation process to get you the premium you may be owed.
When does my coverage start?
Your coverage begins as soon as you sign-up (unless you pick a later date).
I'm a rideshare driver (e.g. Lyft, Uber), can I get insurance on Pact?
Pact does not currently offer rideshare coverage, but we're constantly adding new coverages, so shoot us a note and check back soon.
Can I cover my motorcycle, ATV, RV, or commercial vehicle with Pact?
Pact currently only covers personal vehicles.
Does my Pact coverage extend to states Pact isn't in yet?
Yes, your Pact coverage extends to non-Pact states at the same level as the state you are insured in.
